| Session Cancellations |
| Cancellations incur a 40% cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. |
Boarding Payments |
| A $200 non-refundable down payment is required for boarding at the time of scheduling. |
Paypal Or Credit Card Payments |
| Incur a 3.5% fee. |
Venmo Payments |
| Incur a 2% fee when purchase protection is used. |
Checks Are Not Accepted |
| If we make an exception, we charge an extra $20 to cash the check. If your bank does not charge us a check cashing fee or the fee is less than $20 we will refund you the balance and charge you accordingly for future checks. Again we generally do not accept checks. |
Scheduling |
| We are flexible with our scheduling but you must have reasonable availability to follow our training program. We do not want you to take the training sessions if you're going to fail. If necessary, we have the right to refuse service and refund for unrendered services. |
